Map Management

Use the E-map function for a visual overview of installed cameras and alarm input device locations and distributions.

The E-map function gives a visual overview of the locations and distributions of the installed cameras and alarm input devices. You can get the live view of the cameras on the map, and you will get a notification message from the map when alarm is triggered.

E-map is a static image (it does not have to be a geographical map, although they often are. Depending on your organization's needs, photos and other kinds of image files can also be used as e-maps) which gives you a visual overview of the locations and distributions of the hot spots (resources such as cameras and alarm inputs placed on the map are called hot spots). You can see the physical locations of the cameras and alarm inputs, and in what direction the cameras are pointing.

With the function of hot region, e-maps can be organized into hierarchies to navigate from large perspectives to detailed perspectives, e.g., from floor level to room level.
